Our Story
Tart, pastry boutique and studio is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Kristen Rahal and graphic designer Stephanie Weibring. Sisters Kristen and Stephanie created Tart in 2004 by combining their artistic abilities to bring both a modern and vintage bakery and gift boutique to the Dallas area.
Kristen Rahal began her professional career in pastry arts at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After returning to Dallas from New York, Kristen saw the need for elegant and delicious desserts that are baked fresh daily as well as custom sweets for whatever your heart desires.
Stephanie Weibring, a graphic designer specializing in greeting cards and invitations, creates whimsical and fresh paper products for all events and special occasions. Stephanie also designs custom invitations to fit your specific needs.
